The Hawke riflescope sunshade reduces glare and helps to cut down internal reflections. Long, tube sunshades are threaded on each end enabling them to be stacked creating a longer shade, or for flip-up covers to be added. *Compatible with 2015 collection onwards. Please note, sunshades are not compatible with XB/XB1 crossbow scopes. Please note, for pre-2019 Frontier riflescopes and pre-2015 Sidewinder riflescopes, thread adaptors are required. Every Howa Rifle from firing pin to barrel is perfectly designed, quality machined, fitted with exacting tolerances and all with superior hammer forged pre-hardened steel. All Howa Rifles are equipped with outstanding technical features and innovations.Howa Actions feature a machined receiver and forged bolt. The bolt features an integral bolt handle and pressure vent holes.  Reliable M-16 style extractor and ejector. Our factory barrels are cold hammer forged steel and are chambered symmetrically at center of axis with head space set to stringent and exacting specs. Bolt faces are true and square to the chamber. PLEASE NOTE: Delivery times may be longer for various Calibre options.

The ESS provides ultimate ergonomics and features! The MDT ESS chassis is designed with its own buttstock for perfect ergonomics and comes with the MDT Pistol Grip (but is compatible with most AR15 style grips), and allows for customization with a wide variety of accessories. The ESS retains our proven V-block bedding system to form a solid and reliable base for the rifle action. The magazine well has been refined for easy insertion of the magazine, while reducing rattle and movement. The tab style magazine release has been replaced with a semi-flush ambidextrous paddle that can easily be activated by a weak or strong hand. The recoil lug mortise has been designed to accommodate most aftermarket recoil lugs, and the trigger area will accommodate most aftermarket triggers. All Chassis Systems now come with a MDT Pistol Grip. Includes: Main Base, 15" Forend (no rail) & Fixed Buttstock Please note: Some action inlets, left handed models & colours will be special order and have extended delivery times.

The MDT XRS is a hybrid system bringing the benefits of a chassis to shooters who prefer a more traditional feel. Currently available for Remington 700 SA, Remington 783 SA, Savage SA, Tikka SA and HOWA 1500 SA rifles. The XRS Chassis is designed for shooters that want the fit and feel of a traditional shaped rifle stock with the benefits of a modern precision rifle chassis system. Each XRS Chassis is constructed from a full-length CNC machined core of 6061 aircraft grade aluminum wearing high strength textured polymer panels for insulation from the elements. The precision aluminum V-block bedding system ensures fit and function to maximize the accuracy of any rifle action. The XRS Chassis features a replaceable over molded and textured grip system, with both an angled grip and a vertical grip included in box. All Chassis Systems now come with a MDT Pistol Grip.

Mounting to a Picatinny or Weaver type rail, the standard 2-screw. Hunter rings are a nice match for general hunting setups. Made from aircraft-grade 6061-T6 aluminum for optimum strength. Available in three heights for 30mm tubes. We do not recommend the Hunter Rings for use on heavy recoiling rifles.
