The ESS provides ultimate ergonomics and features! The MDT ESS chassis is designed with its own buttstock for perfect ergonomics and comes with the MDT Pistol Grip (but is compatible with most AR15 style grips), and allows for customization with a wide variety of accessories. The ESS retains our proven V-block bedding system to form a solid and reliable base for the rifle action. The magazine well has been refined for easy insertion of the magazine, while reducing rattle and movement. The tab style magazine release has been replaced with a semi-flush ambidextrous paddle that can easily be activated by a weak or strong hand. The recoil lug mortise has been designed to accommodate most aftermarket recoil lugs, and the trigger area will accommodate most aftermarket triggers. PRODUCT DETAILS Anodized aluminum QD adaptor for attaching accessories to M-LOK compatible hand guards and forends. DETAILS Designed to allow the shooter the ability to add an additional QD mount to their forends on AR platforms and bolt action chassis sytems such as our ESS Chassis. The MDT XRS is a hybrid system bringing the benefits of a chassis to shooters who prefer a more traditional feel. Currently available for Remington 700 SA, Remington 783 SA, Savage SA, Tikka SA and HOWA 1500 SA rifles. The XRS Chassis is designed for shooters that want the fit and feel of a traditional shaped rifle stock with the benefits of a modern precision rifle chassis system. Each XRS Chassis is constructed from a full-length CNC machined core of 6061 aircraft grade aluminum wearing high strength textured polymer panels for insulation from the elements. The precision aluminum V-block bedding system ensures fit and function to maximize the accuracy of any rifle action. Our AICS-pattern metal magazines are manufactured from high strength steel, nitride-finished and coated with Cerakote Elite for ultimate durability and performance. MDT Metal Magazines - Long Action, are manufactured for .300WM, .338LM and 300 PRC calibers with a capacity of 5 rounds based on magnum rounds. The .300WM can also be used for 7mm, 30.06 and 6.5x55 calibers. In some cases the feed-lips may need to be bent. 

MDT AICS-pattern metal magazines are manufactured from high strength steel, nitride-finished and coated with Cerakote Elite for ultimate durability and performance. The short action magazines are offered for .308 Win and 6.5 Creedmoor family cartridges. These magazines are designed with a unique Double Stack to Single Feed (DSSF) transition design for reduced overall height compared to the industry standard.
