Returns Policy

Please read the following Returns Policy carefully before using our website for guidance on returning goods.

 

Guidance

As detailed in our Terms and Conditions you may cancel your order at any time up to the end of the seventh (7th) day from the date you received the goods, but can do so only providing the goods remain unopened and sealed in their original packaging in a condition deemed ‘as new’ and suitable and able to be re-sold in brand new condition. We can only accept opened items if they are faulty.

To cancel your order you must notify us why you wish to cancel your order in writing (by posted letter or email) to the following address:

We will acknowledge receipt of your cancellation request and if applicable reply with a ‘Returns Authorisation Number’ (RAN) which must be used when returning the goods to us. Any items returned to us without a ‘RAN’ number will be returned to the sender.

Costs & Refunds

Unless the Goods are faulty (verified by us) or obviously not the goods originally ordered we reserve the right to reclaim all costs incurred by us in recovering them from you and may set such costs off against the amount to be re-credited to your debit or credit card.

Any opened goods that are not faulty or incorrectly delivered will incur a ‘Returns and Restocking’ fee of £15.00 but must also still have all original tags and labels attached and be in ‘As New’ condition for resale.

Once the returned goods have been accepted we will credit your debit or credit card (less any ‘no fault’ costs that have been incurred by us) within 7 days of receipt.

If the returned goods show signs of wear or usage the return cannot be accepted and no refunds will be given.

Carriage for Return of Goods

If the delivered goods are deemed faulty or incorrectly delivered to you, we will arrange collection of the goods at our expense.

If you, for any other reason, wish to return goods, whether opened or unopened the return of the goods to us (once a ‘RAN’ number has been issued) will be at your expense.

We recommend the use of recorded delivery as we cannot be liable for items lost in transit.
